Processing & Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours once confirmed. Personalised items may require extra processing time. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, they will be shipped separately, with non-personalised items dispatched first.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. However, standard shipping may take up to 5–7 days depending on your location.
Shipping Hours: All deliveries occur between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during this time.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 449. Free shipping is not available for international orders or return shipments.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS once your order is shipped. Orders containing multiple items (e.g., personalised items or gold jewellery) may arrive in separate shipments.
