Return Policy
Return Policy: We offer a 5-day return policy for the following reasons:
- Size or fitting issues
- You did not like the quality or design
However, this policy does not apply to personalised jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols — except in cases of defective or spurious products. Pooja Diamonds reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items.
If you purchased a Pooja Diamonds product from any platform other than our official website, the return policy of that platform will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, used, incorrect, or missing product (empty box), you must file a complaint within 36 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims quickly.
Shipping charges (if paid while placing the order) are non-refundable.
In case of missing items in a return shipment, where the customer claims multiple products but the pickup contains fewer items, the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This also includes promotional items like free gifts or silver coins.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Replacement & Exchange
You may request a replacement or exchange as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those for returns. A replacement will only be shipped after the initial item has been picked up or delivered back to us (in case of gold items).
Important Notes:
- Products damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Pooja Diamonds reserves the right to approve or reject refunds after item inspection.
- No returns will be accepted after 7–8 days.
Return Process
You can initiate a return request from our website or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Once you book a return request, please ensure availability for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pickup, requiring the process to be restarted.
While most pin codes support both forward and reverse pickup, some locations may not be reverse-serviceable. In such cases, we may request that you ship the product back via an alternative courier (like India Post). We will reimburse up to Rs. 70 for such returns. Any amount above Rs. 70 will be deducted from your refund.
If your pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, you must ship the jewelry to our warehouse yourself and will receive Rs. 70 toward shipping charges.
For empty parcel or missing product claims, contact customer support within 36 hours of delivery. A 360° unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may lead to the claim being denied. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund & Processing Time
Once a return is approved and processed, refunds or replacements are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
